Tried to use the swimming pools, resident only full of kids not being supervised, signs stating no staff or life guards, self supervision, stopped from taking water to the pool, 40 heat, but no one at the bar to serve you.. went to the main party pool, not allowing in no ID for over 21, I am 66 maybe it a ageism thing, didn’t want to go all the way back to my room for my passport to prove I was over21 ,

Stayed at Sahara for a conference because it was cheaper than other hotels ... for reasons: 1. The hotel is located at the end of the strip, which means it can get a little quiet at night. We ubered everywhere so that was okay, but it can be quite of a walking distance from everything else. 2. The wifi SUCKS. We complained to the front desk but nothing happened and we were literally down for a week and couldn't work at all. I burst my phone bill because I had to use my data, which is horrible. Otherwise, love the casino and the staff is all polite and nice. The bets start at $15 as well, so much friendlier than most casinos around the area. For the price, I'd still recommend the hotel if you are not looking for anything spectacular. If it's for a special occasion, I'd suggest looking other options.
