They used to be a reputable group and paid as you left the study. All of what I have done with them is remote so the incentive is paid digitally. When you agree to the terms they state that it takes typically 20 days for payment to arrive after you submit your request. The first one took 35 days and my second one is at the 30 day mark. This is frustrating.

I've done a dozen studies with them. Filled out hundreds of surveys. Once I'm in the room, the studies are interesting. But they payments through tremendous are ridiculous- I have to make up a product, enlist a friends help, and pay taxes if I want to put the money in my bank account. They're also super strict about time - they want you to be 15 minutes early. If you're 4 minutes late, they refuse you, and you're out the drive time. Don't waste your time with them.

I never received my incentive for time spent providing my feedback. I redeemed the payment for VIRTUAL gift cards, thinking those would process quicker; however, weeks late, and I still have not received them.

Stsrted a 2 part dish study on May 7th through May 21. Study saying they would pay $50,00 . When I completed the study when they sent the last link they mentioned I would receive a link to my wallet to redeem my points. So $50.00 as reward of finishing the survey went to my going on line and it will not let me log in to redeem my points because it can't verify my email address. Since they started using SAGO/HUT nothing but trouble.👎

I agree with these low ratings. This used to be so fun when it was Focus group global. Now being Sago, it's not very fun. My daughter and I have been waiting since July for our incentive and it's now November. We have called, left messages, emails. They send long ticket number emails saying they will get back to you and don't. The new wallet thing is not good. This female name Megan is horrible. She forgets your conversation you had with her. You keep getting the run around if you have to deal with them. The old way of getting a Visa card in your hand the day you do the study needs to come back. Because your getting a whole bunch of angry customers.

Did some work for Sago. The process was good in terms of initial communication and the focus group session went well. However after the focus group, they came up with a bunch of reasons for not paying me.

Ich war schon bei den Vorgängerunternehmen Schmiedl und Schlesinger Mitglied und immer sehr zufrieden, was Studienangebote, Erreichbarkeit und Auszahlung der Incentives betraf( Schnelligkeit der Auszahlung). Seit der Neufirmirung zu "SAGO" ist alles anders. Die Auszahlung erfolgen teils nach Monaten nicht, auf E Mails zwecks Auszahlungsaufforderung wird gar nicht mehr reagiert, Telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen ist wie ein Lottogewinn und wenn man jemand erreicht, werden Zusagen konsequent nicht eingehalten. Alles in allem macht Sago den Eindruck eines Unternehmens in Abwicklung, dass entweder über eine desaströse Zahlungsmoral und Organisation verfügt oder aber kurz vorm Bankrott ist, und deshalb Schwierigkeiten bei der Auszahlung hat. Beides nicht sehr einladend und sehr enttäuschend
