SagoReviews of sago.com

Do not use this company. Unless you dont want payment for MONTHS. Its bs that they get away with this. Payment should be made in the time specified in our agreement, NOT whenever you get around to it months later. Total crap and they should not be allowed to do business

It has been 8 weeks and was told 4-6. Have contacted the company customer service multiple times and have not received an answer. This companybis a scam at this point. I am waiting on 200+ dollars from them. I can share screenshots as proof!

Warning! To any corporation wishing to use their Services, SAGO does not pay its participants and refuaes to answer requests for assistance from Participants! This company does not pay its Bills!!!!!! They refuse to answer their own email help links! Their Corporate officers simply Ignore emails from Participants requesting assistance in payment for services rendered! Any company using their services is supporting a known Deadbeat who does not pay its bills or participants for their valuable time! To anybody wanting to become a Participant in their focus group panals, Dont Bother because you likely will never receive the actual funds they offer for your time and services rendered! And if you somehow manage to get a payment it is only because tou had to hound them like a dog for months after you actually performed the services! SAGO is extremely Unreliable as a company and completely unresponsive-to communication at any level!

Knowing this could be too good to be true , I did a hour long zoom video study on nicotine products , I wish I had read the reviews before hand because I am now in the months long pending mode to get paid , messages ,emails etc no response ! im glad I cancelled another hour long study I was supposed to do because that is money I will never see . Do not waist your time at all .

I completed my data-sharing tasks back in July. Sago officially processed my reward and sent me a confirmation email stating that my $9 USD Amazon gift card would be delivered by September 15.The deadline has passed, and I still have received absolutely nothing. I have sent numerous follow-up emails to support, but every single one is being completely ignored. Sago took my data but is now refusing to deliver the promised incentive. Please look into my account and send the gift card immediately.

Terrible company, They don't pay, stay away.

I have been waiting since July 18th for my wallet ( points) to receive my amazon gift card. I have submitted two tickets for this and still no response. I am getting tired of waiting for my gift card. It shouldn't take this long to process this. Plus I have another gift card from a study that I did and haven't received that either. I am really not liking this company anymore.

Wished there were 0 stars to pick from..and you might ask but why..well this place is the worst company for online and in-person research studies since for starters they take forever to pay and only give you the option of a gift card..like really who wants that..anyways back when it was Schlesinger it was the best and the one where everyone would want to do studies at(they actually paid in debit card that you could withdraw money from and was given on spot or mailed in 4 weeks I believe). But since it changed to Sago it’s the one most people refuse to do paid studies at since it feels like you’re doing it for free since it takes forever to get paid on a digital gift card that you can only use for shopping online. Plus the staff is not as friendly and welcoming like they used to be. And worse they don’t bother picking up the phone so if you’re running late kind as go back home since now they have a 5 minute policy..so I would definitely recommend staying away from this company or you’d be almost begging them to pay you your digital gift card incentive.
