If I could rate them -5 stars, I would. I completed a study almost 2 months ago and still haven't gotten paid, how is this legal? On top of that, they've locked my account 3 TIMES for BS reasons (for example, they incorrectly marked my ID as invalid) and customer service is basically nonexistent. You have to go through so much hassle in order to get anyone to help you. I'm convinced that they literally just don't have the money to pay the incentives that they owe people, and they're just doing everything they can to get you to give up on getting paid.

I completed a study, and when I asked about payment they deactivated my account. I'm still trying to get paid but their customer service feels like talking to a brick wall. Do not sign up here!

I did a study last year that paid very well. Although I had to wait a significant amount of time to receive my gift card, they did apply the points very quickly to my wallet. Fast forward to this year and I'm having a commpletely different experience. Not only have they not applied my compensation to my wallet for a study I completed almost a month ago, they have not processed my virtual gift cards that I requested over 6 weeks ago. When I contact the via the chat, no one ever responds. I don't think I will be continuing a relationship with this company any longer. So frustrating!!!

I did an in-store focus group, was told $100 incentive and would receive an email with instructions, two weeks later still no word about payment. Call Corporate number, find out $ was put in my “wallet”, but here’s the catch, just to receive $ on a virtual visa card is a wait of 4 - 6 weeks, for a DIGITAL card. By the time I get access to the virtual payment card it will be over 2 months since I did the focus group. I will NEVER do any work for them again, it should take no more than a few hours to process a virtual credit card. Reviews for them regarding payment are terrible, clearly they want to use the customer and hope we forget about the money they owe us. If you decide to do anything for this company just go in knowing it will be a LONG wait for your money!

Is this legal? This is a joke how they pay. Not acceptable. I wish we still had CFB in this country. Only gonna get worse.

This is so sad to waste hours on end for these studies. To find out they don't pay out for almost 2 months. I am checking into the laws with this. Sago and focusgroup.com needs to work on their payout system and make if more timely and efficient for panelist or indicate the wait times in the terms and conditions. Very SAD !!!

I have been a "panelist" for a long time, back before they were Sago. I have been paid for my participation a couple times, but their payout time frame is absolutely horrendous. It should not take a total of apx 8 weeks for a virtual reward card. It is ridiculous that up to 2 weeks after the project is done, they deposit points in your wallet. You then have to redeem points for payment which can take 4-6 weeks for a virtual e-card that you get in an email. There are other apps that pay instantly, may not be as much as Sago, but most of us need the money when we need it. Then try to contact them and you are waiting for even any reply. They should do better. I'm sure they get paid in a timely manner by the companies that ask for their services.
