I did a project with them 3 months ago, they’re claiming now I didn’t complete it and refuse to pay me when I followed their directions and submitted my work. They don’t answer my emails with an explanation as to why they haven’t paid me. Don’t waste your time! For what I read it’s a 50/50 you don’t get paid for your work. Terrible company.

Awful wait time. I've been waiting 5+ weeks and still nothing redeemed yet. What is this joke of a management system???

I registered couple weeks ago but I got no survey, no invitation, nothing. When I asked them they told me to complete my profile, as a generic response ,which I already did. Instead of this, even signing up for those scammer apps/games is better. I wish trustpilot lets us to vote -5555555555555 stars

Man kann leider nur einen stern vergeben, am liebsten würde ich MINUS geben! Traurig, was aus diesem Paneel geworden ist. Ich laufe auch meinem Geld hinterher, zum glück ist es nicht soviel, wie ich von anderen Teilnehmern gerade gelesen habe. Seit Monaten hatte ich mal eine Umfrage, die funktioniert hat, nur gabs dafür keine Bezahlung. Hab jetzt lange zugesehen, aber ich mag auch nicht mehr. Mit meiner Zeit kann ich besseres anfangen!

If you do a project with them, expect to be waiting 2 months before you actually get paid. It takes them a couple of weeks to add the incentive to the wallet and then at least 6 more weeks to receive the virtual gift card. It’s really ridiculous how long it takes when other companies process virtual gift cards within a week or two. They really need better management.

I am waiting on a payment from a study I did in July. Focus Group/Sago is very poorly managed and should go back to paying people immediately. Virtual cards should be a simple and quick process to pay the participants, but it's not. You have to wait weeks on end to hopefully get paid, which is unacceptable. Prior to 2023 if you completed a study with them, you got paid immediately either with cash or a Bank of America debit card you could use at a ATM to withdraw the funds. I will not complete any more studies for them due to the slow method of payment.

These are the worst people in the universe. They bug you to death about doing a survey and showing up for a survey and then it takes 2 MONTHS TO GET PAID! THEN YOU FINALLY GET THE VISA CARD INCENTIVES AND WHEN YOU TRY TO USE THEM THEY ARE DECLINED! When you call SAGO about their messed up cards, they will not answer the phone and if you do get a person, they are unable to help you. You can send SAGO emails, and get ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE! STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND SANITY! THESE ARE SOME OF THE WORST PEOPLE FOR SURVEYS I KNOW! I WISH I COULD RENT A HIGHWAY BOARD ON I-75 AND WARN PEOPLE TO NEVER GO THERE!

My problem is the same as everyone else's and it's extremely unfortunate that they continue to operate this way without even acknowledging what a problem their lapse in payment and even communication are. I warn everyone not to work with them, there are countless other market research groups that pay in a more timely fashion and have the decency to communicate with participants. Sago clearly does not have any respect or consideration for participants who have been waiting 3 months for compensation and go out of their way to make themselves unreachable. They do not answer phonecalls or emails which is why there are so many terrible reviews. 3 months without payment or any followup is insane.
