S.A.GemsReviews of sagems.co

Just WOW! We purchased a loose diamond and the whole time i was panicking thinking it was a scam. It is not! Communication from the company is good, shipping is a bit slow, however given the quality of the diamond recieved at the price we got it for, it is forgiven. We will be purchasing again.

Great communication every time I email them always responded promptly. Prices, craftsmanship and quality are the best. My ring is amazing, stunning and beautiful

I found this company on Instagram.I couldn't find much online about SA Gems. only that they are out in Lexena KS. Skeptical at first. I was looking through their selection and they have a large variety of styles. they are very helpful when I reached out to them before my purchase. I looked at 4 other companies afterwards. I had a budget in mind and they had what I want at the price I could afford. The other companies I looked at were slightly more expensive but didn't have what I was looking for. so I gave it a gamble. they gave me a lead time and delivered on their promise. Ordered 3/20/26 got it in hand 4/21/26. Also came with a cool box when you open it up it has a LED. super dope. Highly recommended.

The ring is gorgeous! Arrived within expected time. Never had an issue getting a question answered. I am over the moon about it! :) Thank you so much!

It was a great buying experience, they were very responsive and helpful, carried me along during the whole process and made sure it was delivered on time and in perfect condition.

There’s always a certain amount of concern buying products online. Particularly for large purchases like jewellery. I chose SA Gems after reading a number of positive reviews. After choosing what I thought to be an excellent diamond (3 x excellent rating), I was contacted by Monil by phone, who advised that the diamond was more expensive due to its IGI rating, however he had chosen three larger stones which he thought I may be more happy with. I trusted his judgment and chose one of his recommended options. Communication was awesome throughout the process and the ring arrived safe and sound. It is absolutely beautiful and I am thrilled with the quality, workmanship and appearance. Just spectacular. I’d recommend SA Gems to anyone looking for a beautiful ring and wonderful service. Thank you!

I recently worked with S.A. Gems to design a custom engagement ring and the experience was excellent. The team was so patient with me as I asked for quite a few changes to the CAD mock-up to get it exactly how I wanted it. They were really accommodating throughout the whole process. They were always open and quick to respond. The shipping to Australia was seamless. My partner is absolutely over the moon with the final result. I never thought we could get such a high quality ring for the price. Highly recommend.

I sold my original mined engagement ring because I wanted to go up in size on my center stone for my 20th anniversary. I decided to go with Lab Grown because mined diamonds loose their value and are no longer worth the money spent. I chose a large diamond on the website. D color, VVSI clarity its near flawless, and absolutely gorgeous. I had them custom build me a ring. It's absolutely perfect my dream ring! They are truly a great company to work with and highly recommend them.
