S.A.GemsReviews of sagems.co

Great customer service. And very friendly people. Also very helpful people. Great prices too!!! They will work with you on pricing!!!

I'll admit that I was skeptical at first, but after reading these reviews I went ahead with the order. I spent around 3k on a nice diamond, the day after I got an email from them explaining how the process works and when I can expect to receive the diamond. I received the diamond on the day that they initially said I would. I received exactly the same item as I ordered,I also verified that the serial number in the diamond matched the certificate. It also came with a certificate and a nice letter from SA Gems. I am very satisfied with my order!! Now I'm just hoping she says yes! Thank You S.A.Gems!!!

Monil handled my order and was great. The process of picking a diamond and set was super easy. The price was better than other retailers. They made the ring exactly how I wanted it. The communication and shipping process was smooth. Thank you!

I bought a 4.68 carat VVS2 D colored hearts & arrows diamond from them. They were very communicative and solved any issues I had before the purchase. I received the diamond within a week. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to buy a high quality diamond at the fairest prices you can find anywhere.

I am a small jewelry business in the US and S.A.Gems has been such a pleasure to work with! They have excellent customer service and the quality is fantastic! I would highly recommend them!

First time gem buyer on the internet. My diamond came quickly, had the proper serial number, and was examined at a name brand jewlery store when I got it place on our engagement ring. Perfect experience, price, and trust give to to right company. Thank-you so much you've made us both so happy.

Great overall experience. The price for their stones beat out many of the other vendors. There was a small issue ordering on the site but I was able to get the resolved by messaging them on IG. The stone came fast and secure. And what a beautiful stone it is.

5 Star service! Monil was excellent to work with from start to finish. His pricing was by far the most competitive and he’s super helpful and patient. Great experience all around
