S.A.GemsReviews of sagems.co

Everything about the process was amazing! We had wonderful cumunication through the whole custom design process they were very understanding with tweaks and adjustments to the CAD to create the perfect ring. The price for the dimond was fantastic. I was provided with updates and photos while the ring was being created and time line estimates. Shipping was discreet and well packed for safety. I will 100% be a return customer

Worked directly with him through instagram and picked out a perfect diamond at a great price. Huge help and reputable seller. Diamond was quoted as “beautiful” “never seen something this nice before” when taken to other places. Couldn’t recommend more

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A True Gem of a Company! I had an amazing experience purchasing a loose diamond from S.A. Gems and can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, they offered a boutique, personalized approach that made me feel like their top priority. I was choosing between several stones, and what really set them apart was how they went beyond the specs on paper. They gave me honest, detailed feedback based on their actual eyes on the stones—something you just can't get from a generic online retailer. The communication was impeccable throughout—prompt, thoughtful, and never pushy. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me with genuine expertise. Shipping was fast and secure, and the diamond I received was even more stunning in person. And the price? Absolutely unbeatable for the quality. I shopped around quite a bit, and S.A. Gems offered better value than anyone else—without sacrificing service or quality. Their commitment to excellence and attention to detail really shines through in everything they do. If you're looking for a high-quality loose diamond and want a tailored experience with real guidance from professionals who care, look no further than S.A. Gems. They’re building something special—and I’m thrilled to be part of their story.

Monil was wonderful to work with both professionally and communications and certainly such a beautiful design. I am so happy with my pendant and with SA gems working in my budget! Thank you so much.

Monil is a top tier professional that was a pleasure to work with designing my custom ring. He was always available, knowledgeable and happy to guide me through the process. The end result is an excellent product at an unbeatable price that was delivered far quicker than expected. I'll never have to shop with another jeweler again.

In the process of looking for an engagement ring, I visited almost every popular site, looking to purchase a lab grown diamond and a setting. After I figured out what type of diamond I wanted, I started to compare the prices of all the sites I went to. I was about to purchase the diamond I wanted on another website, but I saw an ad for S.A. Gems on Instagram one day. I went to their site and saw that the exact same diamond I was going to purchase on another website was significantly cheaper through S.A. Gems. I did some research, and felt confident that these guys were a legit wholesaler. I ordered my diamond and got almost exactly 7 days later. The diamond is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. Monil was also great at communicating with me along every step of the way after I made my purchase. I highly recommend S.A. Gems and would definitely look to them again if I ever need to buy another loose stone.

No need to shop anywhere else. From start to finish everything went perfect. The stone is exactly what I ordered. The price was very reasonable. The quality was excellent. The communication was excellent. The delivery was timely and efficient. This is a reputable business that offered stellar service and quality.
