Beautiful woven basket. Took off one star because the basket is much more yellow than cream or as expected. Otherwise, nice size for any decorative spot in home.

Everything with Sage and Sill was great. I was just not pleased with who they choose for shipping. OnTrac was very unclear with a message they sent asking for additional shipping instructions when my address was correct. They were virtually impossible to contact and made it appear that you would not get your ordered item. In this day and age it should be much easier to communicate!

Though the item arrived damaged, the Customer Support Team issued a refund expeditiously. I would buy again.

Great activity wall for our kids and we get to use it too. The only critique is that the Velcro straps are flimsy so we had to replace with child locking buckle straps.

The items, when they finally arrived, were great. I did not realize the items were being shipped from China and took over three weeks to arrive plus the delivery guy was an idiot and I had to drive home to meet him to guide him from my neighbors driveway to mine even though I texted him very clear instructions. Shipping was reasonable. It really sure what the tiny o-rings are for. There was no directions, but I got it put together minus the o-rings. I’ll be giving it as a gift for Christmas. I think she will like it.

When I ordered the item, I assumed that it would be shipped from their corporate office location, not China. It took considerably longer to arrive than I had anticipated.

The product (planter) I ordered was a bit too pricey but of good quality. It is different to all the products I have seen on UK websites and matches with my other decor. Shipping may take some time but this may be normal for overseas deliveries.
