Hamza was wonderful and very helpful.

Hamza helped a lot great costumer service

I booked my Umrah hotel stay through Safwa Travels, and the service was exceptional. Brother Hamza was remarkably kind, professional, and patient in answering all my questions and addressing every concern. As compared to other travels/ online prices, they offered the best deal for the Address Jabal Omar Hotel in Makkah, making our stay deeply memorable and pleasant. I highly recommend Safwa Travels and will gladly book with them again, InshaAllah. Wishing the team all the best!

Highly recommend these people Brother hamza was very helpful and gave all the information needed

Reached out to Hamza, He was very responsive and provided me options for my future Umrah, unfortunately none of them meet my needs. But overall Hamza was great to work with.

Annum was very professional in reaching out to see what my preferences were regarding Umrah. It is unfortunate that we are not able to retain their services.

A huge thank you to Hamza at Safwa Travels for making our travel planning effortless and enjoyable! His professionalism, prompt updates, and excellent options truly made a difference. We sincerely appreciate his fantastic help!
