My experience with the course system was overall VERY frustrating. It kept rejecting my password and making me use a temporary one to log back in. Then every time I completed a module I was unable to access the next module. This required support from your online assistance. I had varying success from various people, but today I connected on the chat with Jasmine. She was Excellent! Courteous, helpful, and most importantly, she knew what she was doing and solved my problem with speed and accuracy so that I was finally able to complete the course.

The course content is very useful in our daily life. Their customer support was excellent.

Had an issue trying to log in to my account and customer service was amazing. Able to get me back up and running.

Fantastic Customer Service! Would recommend and am sadly excited to take again in three years when my policy is up.
