Trash customer service trash product don't order

This place is terrible. I ordered my glasses over a month ago and they still haven't shipped yet. I will never ever order from this place again!! They actually don't deserve one star I had to give them one to right a review. Update it's January 12th and my glasses still hasn't shipped yet. Finally received my glasses on January 19th.

50 days into it. Wrong scrip wrong bifocal. But my eye doctors fault. This company is a scam. Only gave 1 star because without it won't let you write anything. But really a minus 241. And they won't do anything about it. And these morons don't care. Just go to Walmart and get your glasses. Totally unpleasant and unprofessional. Must hire all the illegals Biden let's into the country. 30 day free returns. But they won't give you a return code for 25 days. Have fun with thus crap company. I lost. Don't follow my bad decisions

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! they are am absolute scam. Their website looks legitimate but they will not fulfill your order and will run off with your money. Check out their rating on Better Business Bureau.

Horrible, buggy website. Doesn't inspire confidence when it comes to security. Had multiple issues just trying to set up an account. Decided it was too much hassle just to do this. Going to a better safer vendor.

It took them about 2 months to make my safety glasses and by the time they arrived the prescription did not work at all. When I asked for a Full Refund as advertised, I heard nothing for about Four weeks and when I inquired I was provided only a 50% refund. Don’t trust this company, terrible customer service and they don’t promise what they advertise.

They take weeks to reply. I was told a pair of safety glasses has removable side shields, and so I ordered. When it arrived, I found the shields are not removable. After weeks of asking how to remove the side shields, I was sent a wrong Youtube link that shows how to remove side shields of other glasses!! I am now asking for a simple replacement because I was misled into buying the glasses. They told me after weeks that they can only offer 75% refund, but it is wrong because their staff misled me. And I am left waiting for weeks and they still cannot decide what to do. WTH???!!!

*Updated 6/29* This is a scam, DO NOT USE! Still no email response (despite their reply in the comments) and no partial refund. I have emailed their customer service line to check-in and have received nothing after their reply comment below. ———————— It seemed fishy from the beginning when my husband ordered. They sent the wrong product/prescription that we returned in December 2022. We have called, emailed, chatted and done all we could do get our money back and nothing. They will respond and give you a few steps to take, which we did. They even said they received the return but ultimately it is a scam and you will not see your money again. We have all the documentation and photos of product. How unfortunate this is the world we live in. Order # 854633 —————————- 6/11 Reply to a Safety Gear comment: We would gladly accept any amount of a refund, even 75% would be appropriate as the order was wrong and we followed the instructions of a return and it’s been over 6 months. Though we have not heard from your return team at the email address provided and we have emailed on numerous occasions. If a refund is given, I will take down my comment claiming this company is a scam, though I am not convinced due to the lack of customer service for the last 6+ months of trying to get a refund for the incorrect product.
