Hi Josh, We'd like to take the time to respond to this as negative experiences are very important to us and signal we have growth potential in areas that some may find less appealing. The large majority of users are generally fine when doing pre-setup properly though there is always new bugs that can appear with new windows versions/updates coming out along with new updates we put out to improve general processes / safety / performance though our dev team works around the clock to fix every issue as soon as they can once we've identified it. we feel we do our best in this regard but we're open to constructive criticism. Actually, as of late our prices were lower than we ever sold any products for in the past to give everyone the opportunity to try it out at a close to nothing rate though of course we must make money to be able to operate. in terms of the slots, this is a real thing to maintain security for our cherished customers. We'd actually make more overall selling mass day keys rather than limiting stock to just a few week/month. If you have constructive criticism though, we'd of course be open to it. I've asked Sofia about what happened in this case and they said you were slandering our brand in our chat while linking to a competitor. For this, we don't ban many people at all including those who dislike us, but if what Sofia has told me is true and factual then you had broken core fundamental rules of partaking in our server such as self-advertising for one. Our staff is all well-trained and native-English speakers with some of them knowing multiple languages actually, though it is possible they may use AI tools to assist them in moving faster through support requests simply due to time constraints as all modern businesses are doing. in this sense, the quality of the info/support they give is very high and we're actively working to improve it but if there is any AI used then it's simply because a human cannot type faster than a machine nor be trained on so much reliable data.
