No customer service response at all after repeated requests. An order was placed in error. The email states to reply for service to support at their webaddress of safesleevecases.com. I sent 5 or more emails explaining the situation, the first one being immediately after I received their order confirmation email. None of my emails received a reply, and the product was shipped.

I purchased a SafeSleeve case because I liked the concept and was willing to pay the higher price if the product delivered as advertised. While I can't say whether its protective claims worked or not, the case itself held up poorly. After only about 8 months of normal use, a metal bar came loose from the frame, making the case unusable as it would snag on clothing and stab into fingers, etc. I contacted customer support, provided photos, and was ultimately ghosted after two exchanges. For a premium-priced case, getting only 8 months of usable life is unacceptable. 1 star—the case was fine initially, but the durability and customer service experience were disappointing. I replaced it with a different brand.

I bought a safe sleeve for my promax phone with the removable feature. It attaches to the case magnetically. For 2 months my phone keeps detaching from the case and dropping on the floor. It is getting damaged. Manufacturer error, poor quality, great and possibly permanent damage to the phone. It cost me over 70$. The old non safesleeve case worked much better and cost 25$

Ordered the case that their website said would fit my phone, but it did not fit--not even close. Had to communicate with customer service a few times to get the return instructions. It has been one month since they got it back, and I still don't have my refund.

Customer service is terrible! I returned the safesleeve one day after I received it. It was refused and sent back to me. I cannot get a straight answer from them. Do not buy from this company

Terrible product. Not only did my case fall apart after 2 months use, the whole back of my phone shattered. I have no idea what level of radiation protection these cases actually provide. From what I’ve read, it’s negligible. But they do not protect your phone from damage and they do not hold up. I have done better with $20 cases from Amazon. Do not recommend.

The universal cell phone case is completely overpriced at $50. It has the weakest magnetic clasp that I have ever come across in a wallet cell phone case. The description says that it can accommodate phones up to half an inch thick. This is not true unless you are willing to only use the case without any of the wallet functionality such as carrying credit cards or cash in the wallet, which defeats the purpose of having a wallet case. I only purchased this wallet case because I needed a universal case for a phone that does not yet have a sized wallet case available for sale anywhere else. I've had $8 wallet cases of better quality, and deeply regret not trying harder to find another universal wallet case. Safe sleeve does not allow any returns for universal wallets. No surprise there since people would be returning them all the time.
