I ordered wrong case had to email them they always return my messages and I got the right one. Waiting on credit for the return one. But I’m sure it will come though. This is my second case and they are great!

We are customers of SafeSleeve because we like the protection our phones have which give us peace of mind. Recently I wanted to get headphones because I walk in the morning and thought of SafeSleeve. So I ordered them and when they arrived the left side wasn’t working. I went to their site and had a chat with a Joann. She asked me what the problem was and when I told her before I knew it a new pair was being shipped! I am as happy with their customer service as I am with their products. I have purchased SafeSleeve cases for me and everyone in my family. They work in blocking EMFs. I’ve used a EMF detector and held it against the phone when the safe sleeve case was closed and the EMF detector showed a complete drop in the harmful EMFs. I highly recommend!!!

I bought a red sleeve case for my phone, and it looks great. When I ordered from safesleevecases.com, I didn't realize my email filters weren't properly set up. When the company asked me for some info, I didn't get the message and didn't know why my product hadn't arrived. I entered a dispute with PayPal. Finally SafeSleeve mailed my item and I resolved the dispute. I apologize to SafeSleeve for giving them some unnecessary grief, but they were reasonable about it. Thank you for the phone case. I would buy from them again, but I haven't had any need for that type of thing lately. Just a disclaimer: I keep my phone beside my desk, and don't usually go outside with it. The case doesn't get much abuse, and I've even put it and the phone inside a waterproof bag. I've gotten tired over the years of damaging my electronic items with abuse and water. So my case is holding up fine for what I put it through, which is very little.
