I already have a safe sleeve for my Iphone and it is great. The headphones didn't workout with my older model Iphone and the company refunded me instead of having me send them back (which I offered to do). Clear communication and great service. I was given a SafeSleeve for Christmas (it was on my wishlist), and I simply reached out to the company to give a little feedback. They were very responsive and really wanted me to be happy with my case, so they sent me a new one - they truly went above and beyond to make me happy. Though I love the idea of a detachable case, I wasn’t satisfied with the strength of the magnet - my phone would slide around on the outer case and even slid right out of it. When they offered to send me a new one, I decided to go with the one that does not detach. I truly did not expect to get a new case when I reached out to the company. I admire their insistence on making things right for the customer.
