Dishonest company who doesn’t take accountability for their mistakes. They took $2400 from me and when their package was damaged and discarded by UPS, they refuse to answer me. Im out $2400. They also shorted me $150 worth of product last year and they refused to fix it. I’ve been in the industry 11 years and haven’t met a cheaper Kratom company. The owner is a worthless loser.

Placed order April 17th, its April 24th.and haven't received. Wrote safercbd 3 days ago but no.reply. Always before my order was here no later than 3 days, I am disappointed

Talked to guy working there on the phone, wasn't sure how operational they were with the pandemic going on and I hadn't gotten a notification of whether or not it shipped (it had only been couple days). He was super nice and helpful, remember my order, told me it was in the mail and that if it didn't arrive by the weekend to call the shop. Arrived when he said, the end.
