STAY AWAY! This company will give you run arounds and checkout for CC info is very misleading. Within 60seconds of my original order i saw a charge amount that was NOT was listed. I IMMEDIATELY contact the support team ALL they did was give me the complete run around stating that my package was “already out for shipment”. This is complete scam as the internet order was place at 7:02pm and at 7:03pm i sent my email to support stating to cancel my order, within 2minutes i received what seemed like an automatic response stating it was too late to cancel. I continued to ask for help and for my order to be canceled they continue with the same excuse. They have not provided any tracking or status of actual shipment and refuse to provide return label. Please advise everyone to stay away!

Do not order from this company. I ordered a “free” seatbelt with paying shipping and handling only. I have 2 charges of $39.95 and 1 for $9.95. The only legitimate one was for $9.96 but I never got the product. I have tried many times to contact this company to no avail.

I ordered a safety belt almost 2 months ago. I still have never received it. I have sent numerous emails and the response is always to give it 7 more days. I feel right now to just figure out I have donated my money to a scam and will be contacting the State Attorney General. If they had a below star rating that is what they would have from me. I will let every let store I go into about those experience.

Terrible experience I only tried to get the free seatbelt and they charged me for other things there is no number u can contact at all when you email they do not respond they also will trap u in a subscription to the point u have to get a new card. This is such a crappy website needs to be shut down immediately. They dont care about your dogs at all all they care about is their crappy money. Very dishonest untrustworthy people

This website is a scam. I ordered a leash and was charged for more than I ordered because they added things into my order that I did not click on. When checking out there is no where on the website stating that by placing an order you are also subscribing to a monthly charge of 49.95 on random dog stuff. There is no where on the website to cancel this subscription/membership and there is no working phone number to call in order to do so. Emailing them is difficult because they dont seem to respond to complaints or concerns. I have filed an FBI internet crime complaint in hopes to get this website shut down and I hope itll help others who have become victims of safepet.co

If I could give minus stars I would. Ordered a pet seat belt going on 3 weeks ago and all I get is product in pre shipping! Multiple emails to company and am told its left their facility but I can return it when I receive it. Come on! I'll never receive it and company refuses to refund my money. Worst company I've ever done business with. Crooks!

I wish I would have looked at all the reviews prior to making a purchase. I wanted to return 2 dog seat belts that I purchased and have not used because I can't get my dogs to sit in the back seat. They want to sit in the far back of my SUV. They requested pictures of the items before they would even initiate a return conversation. Then they explained how to return them but there will be a $4.95 restocking fee for each item and I have to pay return shipping etc...I will never buy from this company nor will I ever suggest somebody buy from this company. Horrible customer service.
