Quality product and great service. The guys at Safeguard have provided really good service throughout and have always been ready and willing to help answer questions. The SOS alarm itself works flawlessly and the communication with emergency responders was really simple when it had to be used. Both myself and my Grandmother would recommend the device to anyone who needs a little extra confidence living independently.

Really good products but most importantly we received fanatic service from the team. I purchased the pendant alarm for my mother who has been worried to be by herself when I’m not there. This alarm has restored her independence and confidence. The alarm even works outside of the house as well, we couldn’t be happier.
