the man and his team are grifters, liars and scammers.
everything they said and did and worst didn't do was a lie to drag things out. they never even attempted to connect me with investors and then they made a janky child level media to convince me that they were do something. 1000 dollars ripped off from someone trying to make a better life for their family. No transparency, no accountability, no results.
Many say SaCapitalPartners LLC is a volume scam, and they are not wrong. No transparency, no accountability, no results.
They just want to disappear from your memory as soon as you pay them. Zero meetings, zero capital raised.
I paid a good amount to them and got nothing but false promises, empty excuses, and vague updates for over a year. There was no investor outreach, no meetings, and no actual progress. Every month, I was told that “15 to 20 investors are highly interested” but I was never given a single name.
They sell you on a 95% success rate and assure funding in 2-3 months. That’s how they get you to pay. After that, you’ll chase them endlessly every month, receive copy-paste replies, and be offered short calls that last roughly 3 minutes and go nowhere. You’ll hear the same thing over and over — “market is slow” “we’re pushing hard to close the deal soon” “give us 5 more weeks” — then silence.
Deflecting your questions and deceptive calls are their strength. It's a vicious cycle.
SaCapitalPartners LLC operates by taking thousands from a large number of startups and delivering nothing in return. They use vague language and avoid real answers.
I don’t believe SaCapitalPartners even tried to raise funds, their business model is based on simply taking startups money without intentions to raising capital for all of them.
I never saw proof they contacted anyone. Collecting fees and doing the bare minimum until you give up.
Save your money and your time. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and not useful for any real fundraising support.

This client initially engaged with our firm over 15 months ago. Under our standard engagement model, client terms are typically structured for six months; however, in this case, we extended our efforts for well over a year in good faith. As part of the engagement, we fully delivered on all contractual obligations, including a curated investor list, a professionally developed pitch deck, and a custom pitch video.
Throughout the process, every communication, strategy discussion, and deliverable has been thoroughly documented. We proactively addressed the client’s concerns and were transparent about certain market-related challenges specific to his transaction. Multiple investor approaches and strategies were executed in an effort to secure funding. Despite these efforts, the client ultimately was not funded.
In recent months, the client has repeatedly attempted to pressure our firm into continuing work outside of the original agreement by threatening to post defamatory reviews. Additionally, he has mischaracterized the financial arrangement, inaccurately suggesting he paid a substantial retainer, when in fact, the fee paid was minimal and deeply discounted.
It is important to further state that the client has engaged in an ongoing pattern of making false and misleading allegations against our firm. Each of these claims is categorically untrue and can be objectively disproven through extensive documentation of our communications, deliverables, and efforts. His repeated attempts to misrepresent facts are clearly an attempt to damage our reputation unfairly and are entirely without merit.
Our firm has been in business for over a decade, operating with integrity and professionalism in a highly competitive and challenging industry. We have always made it clear—both in writing and in conversation—that there are no guarantees of funding in capital markets. Our business model is performance-driven: we are compensated via referral fees upon successful investment placement, not through client retainers. Moreover, introductory investor calls are only arranged when sufficient interest has been expressed, which was communicated to the client throughout the engagement.

Highly unprofessional and waste of time
I had an engagement with SA Capital for past 12 months and am very disappointed with their way of working. There was no proactive update from their team on the status of my funding requirements and which investors are they engaging with. I had to request for an update every month to get some insights on the status. Each month I received the same status that the market is slow for various external factors however 15-20 investors are interested in my startup. None of those names were ever presented to me. Not a single meeting with any of these investors was facilitated in 12 months. Moreover, I don't believe they can assist any company with their capital raising needs as they will always blame their incompetence on external factors. Significant waste of time. Highly incompetent team. Very unprofessional in their approach. Most discussions will happen on WhatsApp calls.

We have operated in this industry for over a decade with a consistent track record of professionalism, transparency, and strict adherence to our contractual obligations. The agreement with this client explicitly outlined our deliverables, which included developing professional investor pitch materials and generating a comprehensive investor list comprised of targeted groups we approached directly on the client’s behalf.
In this particular engagement, we went well beyond the agreed-upon scope. While our standard client engagements are structured for six months, we extended our work with this client by an additional six months — strictly on a good-faith basis — despite the fact that our compensation model is fully performance-based. We earn fees only when capital is successfully secured; we do not profit from upfront retainers. This structure inherently aligns our interests with our clients’ success.
Throughout the engagement, we maintained consistent, documented communication with the client, providing ongoing updates, relaying direct feedback from investors, and advising on the challenges that were repeatedly raised by the investor community. Unfortunately, multiple investor groups expressed significant concerns with the deal, which prevented any group from proceeding to formal next steps. These concerns were fully disclosed to the client as part of our transparent reporting.
While we made every effort to exhaust all viable options, it must be clearly understood: no firm can guarantee funding outcomes, particularly in early-stage capital raises where investor decisions are influenced by a wide range of external market factors beyond anyone’s control.
In terms of communication protocols, we maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions, including email correspondence, scheduled phone calls, and video conferences. As a general practice, the vast majority of our client communication is conducted through scheduled phone or video calls to ensure accountability and professionalism. In this case, given the client’s preference for convenience and frequent international travel, we accommodated periodic discussions via WhatsApp messaging; however, formal strategy and investor updates were still conducted through standard business channels and fully documented.
