Prior to joining S8 Acquisition, I went through two section 8 companies with no success. Within a few months with S8 Acquisition, I’ve acquired 6 cash-flowing units. The processes and teams they have in place have made it easier for me to make well-informed decisions in choosing properties to invest in. Director of property management, Mendel Olivier’s comes to mind when doing my own due diligence while relying heavily on his expertise. The whole team, namely Pie Lozon (acquisitions specialist), and Jem Germano and Maria Matura (both client relations) made my experience more like a family affair. Not a joke but I think they checked in with me more than my family does! Going forward, I’m really excited about future deals and confident that I’m in good hands with S8 Acquisitions. Julian Tarfuro mentioned some future plans down the pipeline and I’m glad that I’ll be part of it.

Honestly from the moment I spoke with the initial rep on the phone i have been impressed with this company. Kyle is my account manager and he is super helpful with more than just the company and the process but also other creative ways to fund these properties. Frank the owner is super hands on and the tech they have created to source these properties is unreal. There's noting else like it in the industry. I love this company!

Acquiring rental property through S8 Acquisitions has been a great experience. I have enjoyed my start here at S8 Acquisition. The team is very welcoming and customer focused. Maria Garcia-Maturan has been exceptional. Mandel has also been great to work with. I really appreciated that he took the time to give me a call on a property that I declined to peruse. I ended up going through with the purchase and it turned out to be a great decision. I really appreciate her prompt replies and strong attention. I also like that the Proformas can easily be download into excel. Julian and Frankie are very down to earth people and very approachable.

Its been a great experience so far since I first engaged with the S8 Acquisition team in July 2025 till my first closing with S8 in February 2025. From the initial (pre- signup) interactions with Mo, to post signup interactions with the co-founders, Julian and Frankie and the transactional interactions with Mendel and team, Christa and team - all these interactions were professional and with a 'customer-centric' approach.
