Many properties to choose from in several geographical locations. I was able to get a property in an area that I'm a little familiar with and interested in. Great follow up from the staff at every part of the deal and they made the process go smoothly and expeditiously.

From the start the team has been awesome to work with. All of the Team from Mendel who I started with some time ago has always a wealth of knowledge, accessible and just helpful.
