rysupaudio does not let you cancel their subscription, I have been trying to find the cancel button for the longest today. When I finally found it, it does not work.

yes we do. This customer just simply couldn't find it. we helped them find it and everything is resolved. We've made it easier to find now as well so everything is perfect.

The version of their presets which they sell are from an old version so it would obviously won't work with the current PRO TOOLS - which is the DAW i use. They even have audacity to not be able to offer a refund or answer to your emails personally as they use a bot WITH NO BRAIN. Please future buyers don't purchase this grain of dust that does nothing !

Our presets do work on the current version of Pro Tools, but you had Pro Tools Intro which doesn't come with the necessary stock plugins. You need to have Artist, Studio, or Ultimate for the presets to work. I hope you decide to upgrade off the free version of pro tools and I'm confident you'll love the preset once you do.
