Scam. Ordered in June, never received, promised another for free, never received, promised refund, never received, complete fraud.

Ryken seems to be a scam. I ordered a vest and it was never delivered. I got emails that a vest was being sent and two months later - nothing. Not even any replies to emails. I am led to believe the whole company is just a scam and I am out $140

This company is fraudulent. They take your payment, give you a fake tracking number, stall your delivery, then promise an extra vest as compensation, the offer a refund and months more of stalling and ultimately stop responding to emails. They advertise heavily on Instagram buyer beware they also have other shadow companies doing the same thing.

I paid for the vest and it never came and then I reached out to the customer service by email and they did respond and asked if I wanted an refund or just wait and I chose to wait, but it been almost 2 more months and they wont answer my emails. I am very disappointed and they should not have taken orders they couldn't fulfill. Now I want my money back and can't get it!!

As others have said, I would give minus stars. Ordered this in July, was promised a second one as compensation because they got more ordered than they could handle. I still haven’t seen anything. I will be filing charges/complaints with everyone possible

Ordered a vest early July. Status showed shipped but never arrived and USPS changed status to tracking number invalid. Contacted Ryken, they apologized and offered to send an additional vest free of charge. Late August still no vest. Contacted Ryken, no response. Requested refund, no response.

100% scam Ordered in June. No updates, lied to me a said it must have been lost in the mail while the post office confirmed never scanning that code. They lie, apologize, offer free extra vests, and nothing ever ships. Amex quickly identified this as a scam when I complained to them. Do not order, I have filed complaints to FaceBook, Instagram, their web domain host, and the FTC.

SCAM. I'd give 0 stars if possable. Ordered the 30lb vest at the end if July. Reach out to them via email and was told they had received more orders than inventory. They said it would ship soon. While I did receive shipping info it never moved or came. I reach out a few more time with no response and not the shop store looks to be closed. Too bad I was excited about getting this vest that seemed to be nice online. In the process of canceling the transaction eith my back. Looks to be a scam or very poorly manage business at best. Save your money and get one on amazon or target.
