These reviews are a bunch of crap they are bad customer service they do not get in contact with you when they should they leave you hanging for weeks it took them weeks to email me back about the broken scooter they sold me I told him the issue from day one the minute I rode the school to not even 10 minutes they lied to me and told me to use this situation this tool to do this and to fix this they made me touch this scooter and when they take it back is what 8 months prior to when I got it they also did false advertisement this is a b******* company it is real janky

Colin, we were professional, courteous and patient as you continually to spoke poorly to us and blamed us for all of your problems. We worked directly with Nanrobot and got you a replacement scooter, even though you were outside the warranty window. During this process Nanrobot had to create three different return labels because you were unable to return the scooter in a timely manner. As far as customer service goes, you received nothing but the highest care and attention. We wish the next company you deal with the best of luck and the patience of a saint, they'll need it.
