When you go to cancel a subscription with other companies, they try to hard sell you on keeping the subscription and that did not happen with Phyllis at RxMD. She was very polite and asked me kindly why I was stopping my subscription and I told her it was too costly to continue and I had not seen the benefits of subscription.
