Unit sucks..... to hard to keep food from burning. Bad design.

You sent a grill from Electactic, charged 299.00. that company sells that same grill for 218.00. it appears you just drop shipped a grill from them, you owe me about 70.00$. bunch of crooks r w flame!

Temperature stopped working in less than three months. It has a one year warranty in which it states they will replace or issue a refund. I went back-and-forth numerous times and they are only offering a 50% refund despite the fact that the warranty says that they will replace or give a full refund. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My grill won’t reach over 600°, what is wrong? Does this grill use propane gas?

Horrible service, horrible product. Lights are amateur st best, heater provided no heat whatsoever. The requirements placed on me to return the product utterly ridiculous. How do I film the heater producing no heat? The "flame" looks like a person who never saw fire created it. Don't see the need for so many light colors and combos for a heater that generates no heat. DO NOT PURCHASE. if I could give negative 5 stats, I would.
