I ordered a dress and realized after that they charged shipping and handling on a certain amount. I called back after a couple of hours to cancel so I can re order more to avoid the shipping and delivery fee. Apparently they can not cancel the order. How could it be when the merchandise was just ordered not even in half a day? I was disappointed and will never order on line from them again.

They are dishonest. I bought an item from zarah as well as RW and Company. Unfortunately, the items did not suit me, so I returned them. However, they were mistakenly placed in the incorrect boxes, resulting in each item being sent back to the wrong store. Zara was exceptional; they acknowledged the error and returned the incorrect item to me at no cost. In contrast, RW refused to return my item, despite my having proof of delivery with a tracking number. This situation was very disappointing, as I lost $104. The dress still had its tag attached too. This situation amounts to theft. I spent a month and a half trying to resolve this issue, with repeated assurances that a supervisor would reach out to me, but I never received a call. How can a company fail to return an item when there is clear evidence, such as a tracking number, confirming they have it? I strongly advise against doing business with this company.

Ordered two dresses from a RW& CO marketplace vendor and received in Dec 2024 but only one of the two dresses fit. I tried to return the dress that didn't fit on Jan 9,2025 but could not access the order when I searched on the RW&Co website. I emailed customer service and shared my concern that my order number was not recognized when I searched so there's no way for me to contact the marketplace vendor to process a return. RW&CO replied by instructing me to take the very same steps that didn't work. Safe to say I followed up again week later with RW&CO with another email to customer service asking them to contact the vendor directly about my issue as the online return process doesn't work. Guess what? The vendor replied on Jan 21, 2025 to advise that my return will not be accepted because 45 days had passed despite my attempting to return before the 45 days deadline. This has left me deeply disappointed with the RW&Co shoddy customer service and will certainly never purchase from them in the future!

In November 2024 my wife ordered a winter jacket. Her visa was debited a total of $336.94, tax included. She later received it but it was not a proper fit. The mens jacket was ordered from RW&CO. She packaged it and I took it to the local RW&CO store. I was informed that they could not refund us because it was bought from an independent retailer who are allowed to sell on the RW&CO site, and that we would have to contact them. It turned out to be RCL, there are many who sell on the RW site. My wife went online and she did receive a return label with Canada Post, unfortunately Canada Post were on strike. The item was taken to Purolator and sent to the address that was given. We paid the $33.00 to send it back because we didn't know how long the strike would last. We were notified by Purolator that the item had been delivered to the said address. To this date we have not heard a word from the RCL supplier and no refund. We have recontacted RW& C0 the store where we bought the jacket from and they inform us that they have NOTHING TO DO with returns to the RCL supplier. At this time we are out the $336.94 and have exhausted all our avenues to get our refund. The reluctance of RW&CO to assist us in any manner is totally unacceptable. Have to give a 1 to write a review, should be a zero. Sales team was great but clearly are there for the numbers. Customer service is non existant and goes dark the minute you raise an issue. + 5 weeks, goods not delivered and they obviously took their money. Dont shop here, not worth it. They are a distributor with no ability to deliver. If it isnt on the shelf, beware! Buy if you must. Else go somewhere else where price, service and product quality are there! Review writing time is and will be included in my claim against this company. I'll never shop again at RW & CO, nor any store owned by the Reitman group!

one week after on line order and i am still waiting for them to process and ship item. this is pathetic, at this rate it will arrive after christmas. Poor customer service, have been waiting to speak wtih someone for over 1 hour and still waiting. UNACCEPTABLE this is the first and last time i shop here.

I am beyond disappointed with RW&CO. My package went missing, and instead of offering any support, you blamed the courier and refused to make things right. I trusted your brand, but after this experience, I will never shop with you again.

Customer service sucks, poor quality clothes and expensive. Will never shop there again.
