Wanted a Thedford Sanicon 700 macerader said in stock and now say's waiting on fullfillment, need it bad not next year!

Thank you for your feedback. We spoke with this customer directly when the order was placed and explained clearly that the Thetford Sanicon 700 was not in stock and would need to be ordered from Thetford, with an estimated fulfillment time of 2-4 weeks. We also let them know we would ship sooner if we could get stock earlier. At the time of this review, the order was just over 2 weeks old, which is within that window. One day after this review was posted, we received stock and promptly shipped out the item. As a small business, we work really hard to provide excellent customer service, and being upfront about orders is a big part of that. We make a point of letting customers know exactly what to expect, including when an item is out of stock and how long it may take, so there are no surprises.
