To start off with, Colt was awesome to deal with. He was very helpful from the start and not to pushy. Thank you for having patience when we changed campers a few different times and getting the Volante ready for us fast. I would definitely recommend using Colt to buy an RV from these guys.

Customer service was excellent. Our RV was ready and waiting when we arrived with our salesman standing with keys in hand. The paperwork was explained page per page and our over all experience was extraordinary!

I have to start saying that buying a used RV is never easy, you may find very neglected units and if lucky you may find one or two good looking but the price... expensive! However, I gave RV depot the benefit of the doubt since I noticed they got great inventory, seriously! And started browsing their unit without a specific idea or type of unit in my mind. Surprisingly, I found a nice looking 5th wheel so, I decided to call and a sales rep took my call. His name is Colt Brown, he was very empathetic with my case, he listened all my concerns and answered all my questions. He also was completely honest at all time and offered me a few options because he really understood my needs. Finally, it seems like we found our dream trailer and Colt started the process of getting the trailer ready for pick up. The pick up day came up and we traveled 6 hrs to do so, while on the road he called is to confirm the delivery. When we finally got to RV depot in Cleburne after spending a very restful night here (by the way this town is amazing) Colt had everything ready but we noticed another unit that we fell in love as soon as we saw it. Knowing that our sales rep worked so hard to get ready our trailer, I was afraid of hurting his feelings. It was hard to have to tell him we changed our mind and that we wanted the other unit, the one we just saw in the lot. But guess what? He took it really well and right away he started the exchange process. He said his only thing he wanted was for us to go home happy with a smile on our face and 100% satisfaction. That was amazing, this guy is the best. I recommend him amply, he works hard and tries to make everything in his power to make you happy! We came home with our dream unit and we still have that smile on our face, we love it! I give 5 stars to Colt Brown and the rest of the staff at RV depot!
