I've ordered before and love the products. this time no difference. I contacted customer service to get an update on my order and receive prompt responses. Received my order timely and very satisfied with my purchase. I received so many compliments on the stylish casual outfits.

Item took a while to arrive, an imposter company in shanghai is posing as you. This had me worried until my purchase arrived this week

It’s perfect size color and I love the fabric! Every time I wear it I get compliments!

Very cute, well made. Can’t wait to wear it. Too hot in Texas to wear it yet. I would buy it again.

Horrible experience. The items arrived and the quality of the material was poor and the items didnt fit. Their website says they accept returns to contact them via email. I immediately sent them an email requesting my refund and they responded that i could keep the items and they would only refund $13.00. I told them I didn’t want the items and wanted a full refund. Since then no one will respond to my emails requesting a refund. I will NEVER purchase from Ruturo ever again!!!

I've not had a good experience in the past buying things from a Facebook ad but that was not the case with Ruturo. The merchandise was of good quality, packaged nicely and shipped out very quickly. I will definitely be buying from this company again in the future.

I like the fabric and styles unless I’d like XS sizes I’m very petite.

Want to return - how do I do that? Was not the same as the picture.
