Placed an order with plenty of time to spare for the holidays. Ordered a new hearth (kind of important). Never received a shipping confirmation, so called and spoke with a young man who could careless. He gave me a shipping date, which was a week later than what was listed online. When I asked if I could move the date up or speed up the shipping process, he said no. I asked, do you think that will make it before Christmas and he said, I don’t know, maybe?? Shipping takes 7-10 days. Ridiculous customer service. Now it’s 1 day before Christmas, 1 week after “it supposedly shipped”, I never received shipping confirmation or tracking info and still “hearth-less”.

The metal hardware works great. We had several issues with the wooden door. We had ordered the door unassembled and when assembled most of the wood was bowed and not cut properly. Customer service did replace some of the needed wood pieces to make the door work. Even with the new pieces the door was still bowed out. It required additional milling on our end to make it work. We are recently having trouble with the door sliding on the floor mounted guide. We'll have to see if some additional work can fix the issue. I would for sure buy additional hardware again, but purchase a door somewhere else, or have one made custom. After the effort so far it would be more cost effective.

We had a poor experience with Rustica Hardware. Our door came with multiple scrapes and imperfections. Also, the response time for customer care was long.

I have now placed 2 orders from Rustica. On both occasions, there shipping department has messed up the order. The first order was not packaged properly so a $50+ handle was damaged. The second order, was not even close. They shipped me someone else's rails. How do you mess up a 7ft rail? Plus they forgot parts in the order. What really got me is that after two orders with issues, all I got from them was - sorry. Really, two orders? So now when I do the next project, I have to look at other suppliers because I cannot count on their quality of service I will say their customer service "tries" to help and feel bad when I have to call them and say "yeah, your company screwed up my order...again"

Long order time, faulty product shipped and poor response from customer service.

The hardware I ordered was deemed "cheap and flimsey" by my contractor. The track metal arrived bent and the system itself wasnt as sleek looking as in the photos. If you are ordering a standard track maybe its ok. But the system they had to install a longer track ( overlap and screws sticking out) was really an eye sore. I returned all but the door hangers and while customer service was helpful, i was surprised at how much i had to eat in restocking fees. Because my job needed to be finished right away, i had a metal worker make me a much better and cleaner designed track in one day. Money and time wasted.
