I was banned for using their systems properly but too much apparently? I might as well add on to this review, I was asked personal information by a staff member. Will not be returning even after I was offered an unban.

One of the worst gambling site I have ever come across! When you deposit, they give you 65% bonus but that is all lies, the conversion rate when you withdraw is different. 1 gem in deposit is 1,68 dollar ("bonus" included) but 1 gem in withdraw is only worth 0,598 dollar, I did the math and ask their support, in which just didnt reply. In the end I deposited about 14 dollar, I almost lost it but luckily was able to withdraw with a tiny profit. So avoid them at all cost. DO NOT BE FOOL BY THEIR PROMOTION LIKE I DID!

Only time you see people cash out, are streamers who are being payed to lure people onto the site. Just go onto the site and read the chat, noone is ever in profit, always "how close are you to breaking even". I get its a gambling site, but there is no way the RTP is even close to what they say! BE AWARE
Response from RustClash.comSep 29, 2024
Hi there, We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. However, we want to clarify that your claims about cashing out are not accurate. Many of our streamers, including Deviation and Metzo, often experience losses during their official streams, just like any other player. Our platform operates on a fair system, and we encourage transparency. If you have any specific concerns about your experience or the return-to-player (RTP) rates, we invite you to reach out to our support team for further clarification. Kind Regards, RustClash Customer Service Team

They are such scammers they favor the millionaires who depo mils on mils bots always get a 1% pull and the site loves to conveniently know when to let you pull rare stuff when you choose cursed mode but then when u pick normal they give you actully nothing
Response from RustClash.comSep 29, 2024
Hi Jon, We’re sorry to hear about your frustration, but we want to assure you that RustClash operates with complete fairness and transparency. Our system does not favor any specific players, and bots are subject to the same random odds as everyone else. Both cursed and normal modes follow the same random principles, though it's worth mentioning that cursed jackpot has been removed. You can still verify the fairness of every game through our fairness page at rustclash.com/fairness. If you have any concerns about specific games or outcomes, feel free to reach out to our support team, and we’d be happy to assist and investigate further. Kind Regards, RustClash Customer Service Team
