Was on the site for maybe 2 minutes. Claimed rain and tried to do one scrap upgrade. Now it says Rustclash banned my ip from accessing their site.

Terrible site they will ban you if you ever get in profit and collect any rains. Stay away before they steal your funds they would not even let me get my leaderboard winnings before banning me for "claiming rains". Losers

Got banned for no reason, even with balance on site. They are not responding. This site looks nice on first look, but as I was in small profit, they banned me very early for no reason. dont play here

"Abusing rains"
"Abusing rains" when the TOS are :
"Rain – We offer a rewards program called “rain.” A base of 25 credits plus a percentage of all spend on the site during the stated time period (30 minutes) is added to each rain. Each rain lasts for 30 minutes. At the end of this 30-minute period, any user who is over level 10 or has completed the KYC on site can join and receive aequal share of the total pot. Rain is a reward for players to collect while they are actively playing on the site as part of our free to play system. Abusing Rain contrary to its intended purpose, may result in the termination of your account at the sole discretion of the Clash team."
ive stacked up rain in a period of 30 hours of time for personnal occupations reasons, and wanted them to use them decently (3 gems in total which is a ridiculous amount) in a period of time when i could use it well.
Apparently those 3 gems were a menace to the economy of their website.

However, as stated in our Terms of Service, Rain is meant to be collected during active gameplay, and excessive or automated farming of Rain rewards is considered abuse of the system. We understand that you stacked up your Rain over a longer period, but collecting rewards without actively playing can violate the intended purpose of the system.
That said, we want to clarify that RustClash no longer bans accounts for reward abuse or similar issues, as outlined by our owner in a recent post on Twitter. We are committed to providing a fair and transparent experience for all users.
