I clicked on the rush icon, they connected and remotely did everything, I just sat and watched it was great.

Had a problem with internet connection for printer,as always your tech Frank was extremely patient and solved my problem.

As always the tech handled my concerns and turned my computer to me with the necessary concerns taken care of.

Bobby was great.

Was having an issue with my Windows 10 email. I was able to get my email but could not open them to read the content. Bobby H was able to set up the computer to be able to use the format I'm familiar with to use my email. Bobby H was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He makes a good part of your team.

Today, wanted to use my Microsoft Word. It said it expired and I first thought it might be a scam for me to quickly send someone some money to fix it. So called Rush and Franc downloaded something else and showed me how to use it. Going to try that now. Also, going to call Rush on Monday, to go over other things, Thanks, Fred
