The service provided was excellent. Our representative, Chris S. did a great job assisting us with a last minute order that needed to be in hand by a near date. After reaching out to a few other companies who could not meet our needs and deadline, rushIMPRINT was able to provide us with a quote that fit our budget, provide proofs, and meet our deadline date. We were able to inquire and finalize our order all in the same day. We received the products in hand a few days earlier then our deadline date and they came out just as described. Thanks again!

product was cheap, and would blow up when in sunlight. very dangerous to sell.

Hi Sam, I'm so sorry to hear that you weren't totally satisfied with your order of custom lighters from us. We want every one of our customers to leave with a positive impression of our company. I can see that you were issued a refund for your order, and that our sales rep confirmed there was a label on each lighter stating to not leave the items in prolonged sunlight. Is there anything else that we can do to make things right? -Jake | rushIMPRINT
