Purchased from rushedbox for the first time, I only received one of the two items I ordered despite them being identical. Did not receive a refund or replacement, and can't seem to get ahold of any sort of customer support. Will not be ordering again.

Outrageously expensive for the product purchased. I misunderstood the cost per unit or would never have ordered it. The product I ordered can be purchased at a grocery store cheaper even when not on sale. So besides paying for shipping and the higher cost per unit for the product this was a very costly mistake on my part. This site appears to be extremely expensive. Be sure to read and understand the cost per unit. I will NEVER buy from this site again as I believe some charges are a bit unreasonable.

return policy stinks, how can a person see if the unit works without opening the box. NO RETURN OF OPEN BOXES

I tried to buy on this site and 2 times I was returned payments made through PayPal on the grounds that they do not sell outside the USA ??????? and then why did you register me and follow the whole process for the purchase ???????? ........ proposed, among other things, by the vs.?????

We are very grateful for customer reviews, these reviews help us improve our services everyday. We apologise for the inconveniences this may have caused you. We only ship to the US and Canada, which is why you couldn't find your country under the country section. The order you placed went through because you selected US as the country. Once the system recognized that your address and card were international, it automatically refunded you as it is designed for correcting order addresses. We hope that this explains everything. Thanks again and stay safe out there.
