I ordered the wallet. The one that was sent to me was the incorrect one because it did not have the pocket for the bills. I notified the organization and "WITHOUT" hesitation, they refunded my purchase. An organization that assumes immediate responsibility and due diligence in resolving their mistakes, and corrects them immediately placing the customer first above all, is an organization to stick with and follow their line of products. Thank you all very much for processing my request so quick and efficiently.

Although the product was NOT for me. I sent an email asking for a refund & information on how to return the items. They were prompt at answering my email(s). They didn't ask any questions & my refund was sent within 48 hrs from my 1st email. They were very polite, no hassle at all. I give them a 5 for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will definitely consider them in the future!
