Bought 2 airline tickets, Rush added extra charge of $460, said $100 was for tip. I owed $50. As,ed for details of balance of charges, while promised, never received. Sent complaint to Better Business Bureau of Delaware who advised they sent 2 requests to Rush with no reply. BBB stated they were dropping case but acknowledged that Delawaree address may be a front for a foreign company. The money I requested has been refunded.
