RunpodRunpod is the AI Developer Cloud for teams building, training, and scaling AI applications. Developers use Runpod to move from experiment to production in one platform, with Pods for building, Serverless for shipping inference workloads, and Clusters for scaling larger deployments.Runpod gives AI and ML builders access to GPU and CPU compute without forcing them into a heavyweight cloud workflow. Teams can launch GPU environments, bring their own containers and frameworks, deploy serverless GPU endpoints, manage storage, monitor workloads, and run closer to users across global regions. Runpod supports a broad range of GPU options, from workstation-class cards to high-memory accelerators, so developers can choose the right compute for prototyping, fine-tuning, inference, rendering, research, and production workloads.Runpod is built for developers who want infrastructure that stays out of the way. The platform supports common AI workflows such as model training, fine-tuning, image and video generation, LLM inference, agent systems, and compute-heavy applications. Startups, AI-native teams, researchers, and infrastructure teams use Runpod when they need flexible cloud compute, straightforward APIs, container control, and a path from early experimentation to production deployment. For product help, billing questions, platform status, and account support, visit runpod.io or contact [email protected]. Steve B.
Terrible experience over all. Could not get anything to work. Now stop sending me emails
Response from RunpodOct 14, 2026
Steve, sorry nothing worked for you here. We’d like to look into what happened on your account — email [email protected] with your account email, the GPU type or pod ID, and roughly when this occurred, and we’ll dig in.

Todo perfecto!
Response from RunpodOct 14, 2026
Thanks for taking the time to write this, Victoria! Glad things went smoothly for you on Runpod. If there’s ever more to share about your experience, feel free to reach out to me directly at [email protected] — always happy to hear from happy users.
Parham A.
many of the requests get stuck because there is no GPU capacity.
Response from RunpodOct 14, 2026
Parham, requests stalling with no GPU capacity available is frustrating mid-workload. We’d like to look into what happened on your account — email [email protected] with your endpoint ID, GPU type, and the datacenter you were using, and we’ll dig in.

Fairly easy to set up with an agent, thanks to which I was able to run some autonomous workflows without me needing to do anything manually. The only thing is that the pricing was ambiguous at first - I had to understand that the $0.79 5090 and 0.35 one have different capabilities and the more expensive one is the one I should be going for.
Response from RunpodOct 13, 2026
Thanks for taking the time to write this! Glad the agent setup made it easy to get autonomous workflows running without extra manual steps. The confusion between the 5090 pricing tiers is a fair callout, we’ll pass that along so the difference between them is clearer up front. We’d love to hear more about what you’re building — feel free to reach out to Brooke at [email protected] anytime.

Expensive, slow and high latencies.
Response from RunpodOct 12, 2026
That’s not the experience we want you to have. We’d like to understand exactly what happened — email [email protected] with your account email, the GPU type and datacenter you were using, and roughly when you saw the slowdowns, and we’ll look into it.

**RunPod Needs a GPU Reservation System — Not Just a Waiting List** I can understand RunPod's business model. Of course, the company wants its GPUs to be running 24/7 rather than sitting idle. But honestly, I would not recommend RunPod for serious projects if you have to wait for a GPU to become available. Switching to another GPU instance is not always a simple solution. You risk losing your data, configuration, installed dependencies, and hours of work. Data loss may not happen every time, but migration can be complicated and risky, especially when you are working on serious projects. There is a very simple solution that could benefit both RunPod and its customers: **a GPU reservation system.** Imagine a reservation calendar displayed next to the available GPUs. Users could see which time slots are occupied and which are available, then reserve a GPU for a specific period. The payment could be charged upfront, or automatically two hours before the reservation begins. Once the reservation is confirmed, the customer knows that the GPU will be available at the agreed time. This would give customers predictability, eliminate unnecessary waiting and stress, and make it easier to plan serious development work. At the same time, RunPod would have better visibility into future demand and could monetize its GPU capacity more efficiently. It is a straightforward idea. Instead of forcing customers to constantly check availability or migrate their projects between instances, why not let them book the computing resources they need? **RunPod, this is a win-win opportunity.** You could improve the customer experience, build customer loyalty, and make better use of your infrastructure. Perhaps someone at RunPod will hear this suggestion and turn it into a real feature.

Thank you for laying this out so clearly. The tension between keeping GPUs utilized and giving customers predictable access is something we think about a lot, and a reservation-style option is a good way to frame it. We’ll share this with the team working on capacity and availability.

service not working
Response from RunpodOct 9, 2026
Gi, sorry the service wasn’t working for you. Email [email protected] with your account email, the pod or endpoint ID, and roughly when this happened, and we’ll look into it.

We wasted four days trying to launch the bot: my assistant and I spent three days attempting to start the process without success, and on the fourth day, your assistant worked on setting it up—spending $30 in the process—yet it still failed to launch. This reality does not match your product announcements.
Response from RunpodOct 9, 2026
Artuscha, four days and $30 spent trying to get this running without success is a lot of wasted time and money. Email [email protected] with your account email, the template or endpoint you were setting up, and roughly when this happened, and we’ll look into what went wrong.
