Thank you so much for the 5-star review and for taking the time to share your experience with Runpod! We're thrilled to hear you're happy with the platform. Best regards, Runpod

Runpod is the AI Developer Cloud for teams building, training, and scaling AI applications. Developers use Runpod to move from experiment to production in one platform, with Pods for building, Serverless for shipping inference workloads, and Clusters for scaling larger deployments.Runpod gives AI and ML builders access to GPU and CPU compute without forcing them into a heavyweight cloud workflow. Teams can launch GPU environments, bring their own containers and frameworks, deploy serverless GPU endpoints, manage storage, monitor workloads, and run closer to users across global regions. Runpod supports a broad range of GPU options, from workstation-class cards to high-memory accelerators, so developers can choose the right compute for prototyping, fine-tuning, inference, rendering, research, and production workloads.Runpod is built for developers who want infrastructure that stays out of the way. The platform supports common AI workflows such as model training, fine-tuning, image and video generation, LLM inference, agent systems, and compute-heavy applications. Startups, AI-native teams, researchers, and infrastructure teams use Runpod when they need flexible cloud compute, straightforward APIs, container control, and a path from early experimentation to production deployment. For product help, billing questions, platform status, and account support, visit runpod.io or contact [email protected]. Imagine pay for instance with rtx 5090 6.6$ per/hour that can't fetch public docker hub image.
Response from RunpodJul 6, 2026
Hello, thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry to hear about this experience. We understand the frustration of paying for a high-end GPU like the RTX 5090 and then losing usable time to an issue with pulling a public Docker Hub image. We'd like to dig into what went wrong. Could you reach out to us at [email protected] with your account email, the Pod ID (or approximate timeframe), the datacenter/region, and the image name you were trying to pull? We want to confirm exactly what happened in your case and get it fixed. We appreciate you flagging it, and we'll make sure our team investigates right away. Best regards, Runpod

The first provider of many that accepts pre-paid cards like Revolut and very easy to setup with cursor, use in terminal or anywhere really, great prices and great UX. Even offers 5 dollars if you spend 10 and another 5 for every friend you invite. Great choice of GPUs at various prices and capabilities. Also very good UI so it is easy to navigate and easy on the eyes. I suggest using pods as they have great prices and a very good to use during long fine-tuning/training sessions.

Thanks for the thoughtful review. Glad to hear Runpod has been easy to get running with Cursor, from the terminal, and for longer fine-tuning/training sessions on Pods. That combination — fast setup, flexible GPUs, and clear pricing — is exactly what we want builders to feel when they use Runpod. Thanks again for taking the time to share this.

Very dodgy platform. They offer some templates to get you started but quickly show to be charging you daily small amounts that are very unclear as to their origins. They will charge you for a storage volume on a hibernating pod that you aren't using and they don't show that cost when you look at the costs of the pod. 3 times already I've had to return to my account to find all my pods paused but my credits drained due to this. You have to go and do detective work to find out what's draining your credits. There are parts of this service that are nice to work with but these types of practices are not a one-off issue. It's very clear that this is a consistent way for them to drain your cash which is sad cause I'd rather use those credits to actually use the pods.

Thanks for sharing this feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration — unexpected credit usage is not the experience we want customers to have. Hibernating or paused pods can still have attached storage volumes, and storage may continue to incur charges even when compute is not running. That said, we hear your concern that these costs should be easier to find and understand, especially when reviewing pod costs. We’d like to look into your account and help identify what caused the credit usage. Please contact us at [email protected] with the email tied to your Runpod account. We appreciate the candid feedback and are sharing it with the team. Best regards, Runpod Team

Einige Templates arbeiten nur dann einwandfrei, wenn man vorher gewisse Versionen von Programmen updatet.
Response from RunpodJun 30, 2026

Very frustrating first experience with RunPod. I created an RTX 4090 Pod with a network volume for a ComfyUI video workflow. After funding my wallet and paying for persistent storage, I stopped the Pod to avoid GPU charges. When I tried to start it again, RunPod said the GPUs were no longer available. The platform first offered to “automatically migrate” my Pod data to a new Pod with identical GPUs, but when I selected that option, it then said no instances were available. That is unacceptable: RunPod can keep my cash locked in a wallet balance, charge me 24/7 for storage, and still deny access to the compute power I need. This makes RunPod Pods unreliable for any production or automation workflow unless users pay for reserved capacity or use another product. This risk should be made much clearer before users create Pods and pay for network volumes.

Hello, thank you for the detailed feedback, and we're sorry to hear about this experience. We understand how frustrating it is to pay for persistent storage and then find that GPU capacity isn't available when you try to restart your Pod, especially after being offered a migration option that then also failed. We'd like to look into your specific case to understand exactly what happened. Could you reach out to us at [email protected] with your account email and the Pod ID or approximate timeframe? We'll have someone investigate right away. We also appreciate the point about communicating this availability risk more clearly before users create a Pod and pay for network volumes. Best regards, Runpod

Awesome. I’m having a great experience with studying ai infrastructure, integration, and development. The cost is amazing for someone on budget. I totally recommend it for students and professionals alike.

Hello, thank you so much for the kind words! We're thrilled Runpod has been a great fit for learning AI infrastructure, integration, and development, and that the pricing works well for a student budget. It means a lot to hear you'd recommend it to both students and professionals. Wishing you continued success with your AI projects! Best regards, Runpod

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot fully rely on the serverless infrastructure for production workloads. There were multiple situations where capacity seemed too low, instances were slow to start, or did not start properly at all. This makes it risky for real production use cases where stability, predictable scaling, and fast startup times are critical. The platform is promising and can be useful for experiments, prototypes, or non-critical workloads, but for production it needs better reliability, clearer capacity guarantees, and more predictable instance availability. Improving cold starts, scaling behavior, and overall uptime would make the service much more trustworthy.

Hello, thank you for the thoughtful and detailed feedback. We're glad to hear Serverless has worked well for your experiments and prototypes, but we're sorry it hasn't met the bar for production reliability. The points you raised around capacity, cold starts, and predictable scaling are exactly the kind of feedback our team uses to prioritize improvements. We'd like to learn more about your specific workload and what happened with instance startup and scaling, so please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. Best regards, Runpod
