Don't order from this site think they have taken my £79.99 and not sent my order, think the site is a fraud. Ultimate Runner Shop PLEASE Be aware

Kellie made our experience amazing helping us out picking new shoes and a soles

This is a scam - do not buy from these people. The site is closed down, I have had no reply to FIVE emails and I've lost the money I sent. Didn't do via PayPal (wasn't an option) so I won't see my money again. Please let this be a lesson for all out there

If I could give it no stars, I would. I ordered a Magic Trac car set for my Godson. I paid $49.99 upfront and after 2 weeks, it hadn't been shipped yet. I contacted paypal for a resolution. After 1 week I get this cheap car set, not Magic Tracs, that Marshall's sell for $9.99. at that point Paypal , because tehy had a tracking number said my claim was resolved. Will never buy from this Co again!!!

Excellent friendly communication even though probably out of hours. Parcel arrived on time with a nice personal touch also. My first time shopping with these guys and would do so again.

The worst customer experience I've ever experienced. Will never buy from them again. Communication was terrible and they tried to charge me 450sek to exchange some shoes.

From the moment I walked into the shop I was treated so well by Alan, he was warm and friendly and so knowledgable, but not in an arrogant way. I would urge anyone who is into running to get down to the running shop! They know their stuff! I feel so much more confident having had my gait analysis done and the trainers bought there fit a treat! Thank you The Running Shop!

Pro: Shopped with them a couple times. Smooth transaction and good deals. Con: Buggy website. Sometimes the hyperlink of the brand (when clicking the brand logo) doesn't link to any products. I have to use the search bar instead.
