UPDATE: The company will still not refund my money fully. I will now be speaking with my credit card company to get my money back. Very disappointed in their “policy”. Please DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. There are much better, more customer friendly businesses out there that will get you to your goal. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I do not recommend giving your money to this company. I had seen ads on Facebook for them and after about the 8th time, I clicked on it and reviewed it. Then I mistakenly paid for the service. I thought I was paying for a diet and a running program. After I purchased it, I was asked 5 separate times if I wanted to add on additional monthly subscription features. Several of those features were diet related and I realized the diet was not included. Then they asked if I wanted to expedite my request or else it would take 48 Hours. I said no and received “my plan” within the hour anyways. What a scam! When I requested a refund the same day, they did not get back to me for 4 days and this has still not been resolved 2 weeks later. They said they’ll only credit back 50% of my money. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I think overall this is a great site to get any skill level back in the workout game. Even if your not a runner it allows you to select walking and build up to running. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The meal plan is more tailored than most meal plans but would still like to see the ability to remove foods you don't like. However it does give you the option to select varieties of diet restrictions (vegan, lacto vegetarian, etc) and food allergies. Overall for the price and quality I would recommend this to my friends.

I really like that the plan is specific for me. I would love if there was an app and maybe reminders to check in. I like that they provide recipes just wish the ingredients were a little more accessible to me.

I have finished my first week of my plan and it's been great so far. I love having a specific plan to follow per day for my endurance level and yet it is still challenging. Really hope they develop an App in the future.

Recently purchased and enjoying the layout of the website and ease of adjustability for the meal plans.

I am happy to have recently subscribed but wish there was an app that i could connect to my apple watch. I love the running diet pages, they are informative and exciting to follow.

I was hopeful that this program had an app after purchase but regardless I’ve enjoyed the program so far. I like having a running plan specific to my level. Hopefully they will get an app in the future so i Can integrate with my Apple Watch for stats.

Just beginning this journey. I almost canceled prior to even starting then really looked at the plan and decided it looked well thought out. Im excited to see how this works for me.
