Do not buy this watch unless you intend to pay a monthly fee of 12.00 to a Chinese website. you can not access most functions on the watch unless you sign up on their site. Risky business. Tried to return but could not get a response from the company. Out 250.00 because I bought 2. This company is based out of China, not the UK.

Hi M. Johnson, We want to clear up a significant misunderstanding regarding our products. The Runmefit app is completely free to download, and all core features of our watches are fully accessible right out of the box without any subscription. We do offer an optional Runmefit Plus membership for $7.99/month (not $12.00) for users who want premium add-on services, but this is entirely voluntary. You do not need to pay a monthly fee to use the watches you purchased. Regarding your return request and the $250 you spent, it sounds like you may have purchased from an unauthorized third-party seller or encountered a fraudulent site, please seek help from the marketplace or platform.

Do not believe any positive review, they probably pay for them. I purchased a basic fitness watch from run me fit and upon brand new first use it could not read my heart rate or other health readings. I purchased for my heart rate while working out. Product did not deliver, did not work at all. Completely faulty. Working with customer service I had to prove my complaint via pics etc. Mind you, slow customer service response. And then now I am responsible for paying for my return in order to receive a refund. So no matter what I am out money for purchasing their faulty product. I think this company is a complete scam. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT PURCHASE. SCAM COMPANY.

We are sorry to hear that the health tracking features on your new watch were not functioning properly. Our customer service team requests visual confirmation for all defect claims so our engineering team can document and track hardware failures. We apologize if this required process, combined with our delayed response, made the experience difficult. We want to look into your specific case regarding the return shipping costs for a defective item. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so a manager can review your interaction and see what accommodations can be made to resolve this for you.

Horrible customer service. Device is faulty and they won't replace. Avoid.

Ordered a Run Me Fit watch for my wife in November 2025 and still haven’t received it and it’s now January 16, 2026. Their customer service is useless. They say that the delivery service, SpeedX, tried to deliver the package but couldn’t get in because it is a gated community. We do have a gate but there is a guest/delivery gate next to the main resident gate that automatically opens if a vehicle approaches it. I explained this to Run me fit and SpeedX. Run Me Fit says that I have to deal with SpeedX and that they can’t intervene which I find odd since they hired SpeedX to deliver the package. It’s also odd because SpeedX has delivered other packages to us. Bottom line: Do not buy from Run Me Fit and certainly don’t use SpeedX!

Hi John, I’m so sorry to hear about the delivery issue! Since we aren't able to speak with SpeedX for you, it’s best to contact them directly so they can help find your package. You can try reaching them at (559) 550-0518 (text only) or through their online support channels. If you still need help after talking to them, just reply to our original email conversation, and we’ll be happy to assist you further. Runmefit Support

I got the Runmefit (Fitnus) watch in April 2025 and it stopped working after 7 months. Their customer service dept. did not stand behind the product and denied it was even theirs. I don't recommend it.
Response from RunmefitDec 1, 2025
Hi Marilyn, We are not the creators of Fitnus. They use our Open SDK to display results on our app, but we operate independently. Please contact Fitnus directly on their website for product support.

I had my watch 1 week when they sent me an email saying it would no longer be receiving updates and it was time to upgrade my watch! They offered a discount. I replied that that was rediculous and I wanted my money back. I asked for a return address. They didn't reply.
Response from RunmefitOct 27, 2025
Hi there, We're really sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the resolution. We want to clarify that because this product model was released over three years ago, it has been discontinued. But that definitely doesn't mean it's out of service! We always stand by our Runmefit customers, and we hope you continue to get great use out of your product. Regarding the return, our system only allows us to process requests for items purchased directly from the Runmefit official website. Since you bought yours from another reseller, the best step is to contact them directly. They will be able to assist you based on their own return policies. We apologize for this extra step and really appreciate your understanding.

I bought a Runmefit health tracker and watch in August 2025. Apart from providing the time of day the tracking is completely unpredictable and unreliable and so far apart from data provided with trackers worn in tandem. An example Runmefit data recorded 1,530 steps and a Fitbit recorded over 11,320 steps. The data is not fit for purpose. Yesterday the tracker had recorded that my heart rate was 150bpm, which was great except that I hadn’t been wearing the tracker. Despite making a complaint via their portal I have not had a response from the supplier. Customer service is non existent.
Response from RunmefitOct 27, 2025
Hi Ken, We're really sorry to hear that the data on your watch seems unusual. We definitely want to help get that sorted out for you!
