I ordered a sewing gadget. I never received it. I notified TunMDeal they told me to get in touch with the carrier. The carrier claimed it was delivered. I NEVER RECEIVED IT. I notified the company again. NOTHING ! No reply NOTHING. If you order from Amazon and you tell them it was not received they replace immediately. I will never order from these people again.

I love this site. Fast delivery and excellent customer service. I will shop again for sure.

I am kinda happy with my purchase. A high quality product! The only thing is when the package came, I opened the box, the color didn’t look exactly the same on the website even though it looks great. Will shop again with Runmdeal and hope the next purchase will be better.

Oh please do not do what I did and throw away your money purchasing from this company. They are a US company but don't ship from the US - they are just a drop shipping operation from China. My quilting templates were supposedly delivered last week - but I never received them. OK - that can happen, but their response: that it was either I had the wrong address or wasn't at home (neither is true - I was home all day on the day it was marked as delivered). They told me to contact the courier myself. But Yun Express is a Chinese company with no email or phone number or customer support of any kind. I emailed Runmdeal to ask how I could contact them. No answer. I don't have a problem with a company being a drop-shipping company but they should be more transparent about it (they avoid all mention of shipping direct from China on social media even when directly asked) and if it goes wrong, they should have a better way to deal with it than to tell the customer essentially "tough luck" and provide no other help or information. If they suddenly come through and provide a better solution to this problem, I will update this review, but for now I could not be less happy with their service and if the situation doesn't change, will escalate to my credit card company and report them to the FDC.

Very helpful and efficient service. These gloves are perfect, comfy and long cuffs I have had them before. Totally, easy to purchase online via their site and delivered quickly.
