HI There. Nathan here at Run Gum. First off - we appreciate you giving it a try. We know our gum is not like normal gum. The caffeine and vitamins are very bitter and we do our best to mask that in our gum. While many customers have a first experience like you, many do find they grow accustomed to the taste because they enjoy the functionality of it. But once again, we appreciate you trying Run Gum. That is all we can ask and know we are always working to improve!

Hey Christy -- first off... Thank you so much for trying Run Gum and your honest review. We know our product is bitter compared to other chewing gum and we are always working on R&D to taste better. Being a supplement that uses chewing gum to delivery the ingredients, we do use bitter ingredients and will never quite taste like a normal piece of chewing gum. And like most functional products and supplements they can take a little time getting used to. All that said, we appreciate you giving us a whirl and hopefully, we can earn the business again and turn that 1 star to a 5 star. That is our goal!

Like many supplements created for function, a lot of the ingredients are very bitter which makes the R&D job challenging. We, of course, are always trying to make our product better. Our team at R&D is continually working to improve taste and chewability. Thanks again for your honesty. It fuels us to become better and we hope you consider trying it again.
