Hi, Andreas Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear the promotions caught your attention, but we're sorry to hear you felt the terms made them difficult to benefit from. We strive to make our promotional terms fair and transparent while also protecting the integrity of our platform. Since this review was posted, we've made a number of improvements to Runewager, including updates to our promotions, rewards, and how we communicate promotion requirements to make them easier to understand. We genuinely value feedback like yours, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. If there was a specific promotion or requirement that you found confusing or unreasonable, we'd appreciate the opportunity to hear more and continue making the experience better for everyone. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review.

Hi Ava, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that our game selection didn't meet your expectations. Since this review was posted, we've made a significant number of updates to Runewager, including expanding our game library with many more titles and providers. We're continuously working to improve the overall experience and add new content based on community feedback. Our goal is to offer a mix of well-known providers alongside newer and independent studios to give players a wide variety of games and experiences. We understand that everyone has different preferences, and we appreciate that our selection at the time may not have been the right fit for you. If you're open to giving Runewager another look, we'd love for you to see the improvements we've made. If there are specific providers or games you'd still like to see added, we'd genuinely appreciate your suggestions. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us continue improving the platform for everyone.
