RuneRefineryReviews of runerefinery.com

It is very comforting to know that I am in great company with 78% of negative reviewers urging you not to do business with this company. A year and a half later I am still receiving friendly responses telling me that my order will go to the top of the to do list. Haha The order was placed and paid for in May 2025 and I never heard anything from them unless I pestered them about the status. When I suggested that they stop sending out emails for new orders until they actually fulfilled their back log I was told that he can’t do that, he has a family and would lose his home. That makes zero sense…. so you keep taking money from people to support a family and a home but you don’t deliver any goods. Must be nice. Look elsewhere…. This is not a good company to place an order with if you actually want the goods.

TOTAL SCAM!!!! Read the reviews below, steals your money and you never get a product. BEWARE

This ring company is a scam they have adds every day of beautiful rings I placed an order for 3 rings on April 15 2025 and haven’t received anything and they will not respond to any e-mail asking when your order will ship

Ordered 2 rings over a year ago and still have not received them or any communication. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER!!

Total scam website. Bought a ring in Oct 2025, never got it. This guy Tyler Wright is running a scam website where he steals money and never ships anything. I'm guessing he'll steal as much money as possible and shut down before he gets arrested. There is NO way to contact them, as he "lost his customer support person". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Just the worst this used to be a trusted company that I have bought multiple rings from this time they took my money and you cannot talk to anyone you just get a basic email that says so sorry, we've lost our customer service 4 months, go by no ring over 20 emails with no response back I finally get ahold of my bank. And charge back so the company literally sends a package to my zip code. But not to my address that way, it shows it looks like it was delivered but never was do not trust this company. You will never get a ring. 4 months will go by. You will get no replies and they will even try to scam the mail to make it look like it got delivered. That's the people that we are dealing with with rude rune refinery

Ordered a ring, never arrived. No updates, and they don't respond to emails. A couple years back they actually shipped orders, guess that's not the case anymore. If this happens to you, be sure to charge back within your bank's time limit.

Tyler's range of glowing products definitely deserves an equally glowing review - visually, at least. Go ahead, when you've read this, look it up. Absolutely amazing layout, an array of products and all well presented. There's a lot of promise here. The business caters to a very specific niche, and that's not a bad thing at all, it's a strong foundation for future development. Rings, watches, pendant necklaces etc, everything looks stunning on the website, and the social media presence seems to back it up well too. The pricing feels a bit all over the place though. Product prices fluctuate depending on sales or possibly deals with partners or sponsors. It's frustrating when you pay approx £120 for a ring, only to see it drop to between £80 and £90 a few weeks later - especially with no heads-up or price guarantee. Now, for the real sticking point: wait times. I placed an order in January, and at the time of writing (mid-April - sidenote, this is copied and pasted 7th May having been edited), I still haven’t received the ring. Current turnaround for products seems to range anywhere from 1 to 13+ weeks, which is...well... a lot. From a personal perspective, the older you are, that waiting seems more significant. Unfortunately, after 90 days, patience wore thin and despite wanting to get the product that was ordered, and stipulating as such through Paypal, I automatically got a refund instead. Let down and disappointed. I wouldn't bother with this one.
