Item never delivered. Reached out to company for support and got no responses or refund.

Buyer Beware! Recipient never received package. After checking tracking there was a shipping label created, but it never went any further. I contacted them numerous times on their website and by email and no one ever responded. Waste of money, and time. Don’t waste your money on this crooked company.

Never received package. I really wish I saw these before I wasted money. 😕 I contacted them 4 different times, on different platforms, trying to reach out and they never responded. There is absolutely no way to get into contact with anybody once they have your money. Please don’t waste your money.

scam never received package or email

I made 2 separate orders in January 2021. By march 2021 they still had not showed up at either address. I emailed support. No reply. Now another month has gone by, no deliveries from them, and no reply. I know I am receiving mail just fine from the USA, and much farther (international) shippers. Odd how 2 different orders to 2 different addresses magically went missing? And so did their customer service apparently.
