This review is actually for the excellent customer service I received from Anne. Although my rug was as lovely, we decided it wasn’t quite right for the space and decided to return it. Anne was helpful, friendly and quick to respond in sending me a Fed-Ex discount label and answering all my questions. I was concerned that I wasn’t going to be able to get the rug back within the 30 day period but Anne has assured me that the company will work with me, especially since we are all dealing in uncharted (Covid) times. Because of Anne, i would purchase from The RugStudio again.

I had a great experience with RugStudio.com. The swatches that I ordered arrived promptly and the quality of the rugs was excellent. When a lower price came up on a competitor's website, I sent a quick note via the chat function to a customer service representative asking if RugStudio could match the price, and she responded almost immediately that they could and even threw in a rug pad for free!! In fact, every question I sent via email was answered promptly and completely, even on the weekend. I am very impressed with their customer service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality rug.

I ordered one of the sample rugs to look at the quality and was very satisfied. I am ordering 2 rugs for my patio now.

I have not experience it yet, I would like to buy a rug and hopefully get a 10% discount on the rug I want.

I've not had a chance to purchase yet, but the selection is great, and they have the exact rug we are looking for.
